Terms of Service

By accessing Markaitek Orchestrator ("the Service"), operated by Markaitek, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the service
The Service is provided to client organizations to manage their revenue operations (calls, chat, CRM, appointments, communications). You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for compliance with applicable laws, including consent requirements (Law 25, CASL, TCPA).
2. Accounts
Access is created by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
3. Third-party integrations
The Service integrates with third-party services (Google, Microsoft 365, Intuit QuickBooks, PandaDoc, Twilio, etc.) that you voluntarily connect. Their use is governed by their own terms (including the Intuit Developer Terms for QuickBooks). The data you authorize us to access is encrypted, used only to provide the features you configure, and is never sold or shared with third parties for any other purpose. You may revoke these accesses at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes, unsolicited spam, or in violation of others' rights.
5. Availability and liability
The Service is provided "as is". We strive for availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend access in case of breach of these terms.
